IR SENSOR BASED HOME SECURITY SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
Now a day’s the security systems place an important role for all organizations. Through these
systems we can protect our Home/ Organization can protect from thefts. So, Strong
secured Room Doors and Cabinets that provides cutmost protection to our
valuables. In this Home system we should provide security for lockers, doors of
main sectors, windows etc.

This security is done through IR pairs in this prototype project. The IR pairs are places at the
windows, doors, lockers, main cabinets etc, if anybody wants to open those the invisible light
rays of IR transmitter are abstracted, then the sensor signal is activated and passes to 555
Timer. Then this is noticed that some unauthorized people are trying to open that windows,
doors, lockers, and cabinets etc, this will noticed by the people through the buzzer sound.

This project is very useful in Bank, Houses, Industries, Institutions, and Shops etc where hi-
tech security is needed
