I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

It is evident that Filipinos of all ages has a thing for pastries. From small-

scale bakeries to grandiose coffee shops, we really know how to play the game.

Because of its sweet and savory taste, pastries have no problem in crawling

up in one's heart and clinging to one's tastebuds—making them want more. In

addition to its palatability, one can enjoy the company of pastries if he is happy,

sad, angry, stressed or nervous and it gets better when you pair it with a glass of

cold milktea.

In line with this, the Yummy-Tea Group of Companies came up with the

idea of selling pastries and milktea as their main products for the trade fair—that

gave paved the for the creation of Yummy-Tea! Sugar Daddy. The craving of the

students for pastries and milk tea will be satiated. The products are delectable and

penny-wise and the staff are approachable.

Yummy-Tea! Sugar Daddy conducted a market research to identify specific

pastries and beverages preferred by the target market. In addition, the quantity

of the products was also determined by knowing the number of the potential

customers.

In order for the production to take place, each member of the group

contributed equally to fund the business. The members also settled to divide the

profit or loss depending on the contributions made by each member.
