TURONES DELIGHTS
I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
MISSION STATEMENT
Turones is committed to creating delicious
and inventive desserts that highlight the complex flavors of classic
desserts. We do this by using good ingredients to create delightful
experiences and spread the joy of indulgence to all of our
customers.
It is forbidden for babies up to 2 years old and for those who have
allergies in the ingredients added. Our product costs 20 pesos for
4pcs. What we hope to buy are people who have never tasted it or
are unfamiliar so they can taste the delicacy of the Philippines.
Our strategy is that we will sell it online so that more people can
see our business and we will also sell it in our neighboring houses
to increase our number of buyers.
V. MARKET RESEARCH
We will sell our product using social media so that more
people know that we sell it and we will also sell it at our house so
that more people will buy it. Our main target is those who are not
very familiar with turones or those who have not tasted it because
turones are a delicacy of the Philippines. Our target age is 3 years
old and above because it is not suitable for very young children
because this food has a peanut wrapper and sugar which is not
good for 2 years old and below.
VI. MARKETING AND SALE PLAN
We will talk properly so that they know better that our
services are good and of course so that more people will buy. We
will gain the loyalty of our buyers by our proper communication
and respect in that way they will be enticed to buy from us
because we treat our customers well. Here’s our detailed plan for
our marketing and sales plan:
Brand Positioning: Highlight the uniqueness of your Turones.
Emphasize the traditional craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and
diverse flavors to set your product apart in the market.
Target Audience: Identify your primary customer base. Turones
can appeal to a wide demographic, from those seeking gourmet
treats to individuals interested in culturally significant confections.
Online Presence: Utilize social media platforms, a user-friendly
website, and online marketplaces to showcase your Turones.
Engage customers through visually appealing content,
testimonials, and engaging storytelling about the product’s origin
and craftsmanship.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Collaborate with specialty food
stores, gourmet markets, or local artisans to expand your
distribution channels. Offer exclusive deals or limited-edition
flavors to these partners to incentivize them to promote your
Turones.
Feedback and Reviews: Encourage customer feedback and online
reviews. Positive reviews can significantly influence potential
customers’ decisions.
VII. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
The budget for turones is 325 pesos, the three business
partners will give 65 pesos. The expected income if we can sell it
in two weeks is 175 because the turones we will sell is 65 a tub
and it already has 20 pcs. We will sell the turones 4 for 20 pesos,
that's why we will earn 100 pesos from one tub and it will have a
35 pesos. The business partners plan to buy 5 tubs, so we will earn
an income of 175 pesos.
VIII. FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS
The expenses are only 325 pesos because the business
partners plan to resell the turones. Our profit in a year is 4200
because in two weeks we already have 175 so if we continue this
until the end of a year we will have 4200.

Pastrio’s Dessert
I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Pastillas, this is good to eat after a meal, it will serve as a
dessert, and this is homemade from pastrios. Pastillas are a
popular Filipino sweet delicacy made from a simple mixture of
milk and sugar, cooked until it forms a soft, creamy consistency.
This mixture is then rolled into small cylindrical shapes, often
coated in sugar for a slightly crystallized outer layer. Pastillas have
a smooth, milky taste with a hint of sweetness, offering a
delightful treat enjoyed by both locals and those discovering the
flavors of Filipino cuisine for the first time. In our business we
want to get a high profit and we want to test how hard it is to run
a business. Our investment is 750 and we want not to spend the
income until we have more money.
II. COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Our business name will be "Pastrios", We came up
with this name because the three of us helped each other in
creating and thinking of this business. Our location will be at
our house only and the address is 456. P. aguinaldo st.
Muzon taytay Rizal. The people who help make our product
will also be key to the expected growth of our business.
III. BUSINESS GOALS
Our mission is to earn even if we start with a low
investment, Our vision is that we see ourselves as having
something to learn from the business we built and earn money
even if it is not big, The business goal of selling pastillas could be
to establish a brand known for high-quality, authentic Filipino
pastillas. This might involve increasing market presence by
focusing on product innovation to introduce unique flavors or
packaging options, building a loyal customer base through
excellent customer service and engagement, and aiming for
consistent growth in sales and market share. Ultimately, the goal
would be to become a go-to choice for individuals seeking
delicious, traditional pastillas and to share the joy of this Filipino
delicacy with a broader audience. Our business is only short term
because we do not sell For a long time we just wanted to try how
to do the sales system so that we have enough knowledge for the
next time we do business. We already have an idea of what to do
because we already have experience. Our goal is to have income
from selling even if it is not big this is our main goal and to have
enough experience.
IV. PRODUCT AND SERVICES
The process of making pastillas involves blending condensed
milk and powdered milk to form a dough-like consistency. This
mixture is then shaped into small cylinders, rolled in sugar for a
sweet coating, and wrapped individually in colorful cellophane or
wax paper. Pastillas are then ready to be packaged and sold either
directly to consumers through local markets, specialty stores, or
online platforms or supplied to retailers for resale. Marketing
efforts may include showcasing the product's traditional recipe, its
sweet taste, and its cultural significance, aiming to attract both
those familiar with Filipino delicacies and those looking to explore
new flavors.
We plan to price our product at 130 per tub and we plan to sell it
online. Our target market is stores and people who love sweets
and it can be from 3 to 60 years old. We intend to sell it online and
offer it to our acquaintances so that we can sell a lot with the help
of others and we will make a quick profit.
V. MARKET RESEARCH
We will sell it to the stores or sari-sari stores that surround
our locations and the homes in our ward and they will also be our
target for our product when it comes to age, our product does not
choose age because whether young or old can eat or buy it.
VI. MARKETING AND SALES PLAN
We will encourage people to buy our product by using good
persuasive words and we will say that our product is delicious to
encourage them to buy and we will say that our product is cheap,
We will be approachable to those who ask or to those who look at
our products even if they don't buy to trigger them to buy even if
they don't actually buy. We will give a small discount to those who
buy often or when they buy a lot so that they will come back to us
again to have loyalty. Here’s our detailed marketing and sales plan
includes:
Target Audience: Identify and segment your audience, including
Filipino communities, individuals interested in global cuisine, and
those seeking unique sweet treats.
Online Presence: Establish a strong online presence through a
user-friendly website, social media platforms, and online
marketplaces. Showcase the product with visually appealing
content, stories about its cultural heritage, and engaging visuals.
Distribution Channels: Utilize a mix of distribution channels,
including local markets, specialty stores, online sales through your
website or e-commerce platforms, and partnerships with retailers
catering to specific demographics.
Packaging and Presentation: Invest in attractive packaging that
reflects the cultural essence of pastillas. Consider eco-friendly
options and offer different package sizes suitable for individual
consumption or gifting.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess market trends, gather
feedback, and innovate your offerings to meet evolving consumer
preferences and stay competitive.
VII. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Our budget for the business is 750 and will be increased if we
make money from the first sale. Our earnings in a week because we
only sell twice a week is 1,300 because we sell 5 tubs each time
5×130=650, 650×2= 1,300 that's what we earn in a week, In a month we
will earn 5,200 because there are four weeks in a month 4×1,300=5200
this is what we will spend in one month.
VIII. FINANCIAL PROJECTIOS
Our contribution will be 250 because that's all we can afford now,
the total will be 750. Our estimate of the cost will be 536 for the
ingredients we will buy. Our estimate of what it can do is 5 tubs or more
and the price of each tub will be 130 pesos in total if for 5 tubs it will be
650, the price of our product can go down depending on how many
tubs can be made. Our income in one year will be 62,400 in a week we
will sell twice let's say 5 tubs per sale if twice that is 10 tubs the price is
130 per tub multiply 10 equals 1,300 in a week, 4 multiply 1,300 equals
5,200 per month, In a whole year we have 12 months if 12 multiply
5,200 equals 62,400 that will be the total income for one year 10 tubs
per week because we don't make products every day and we can also
sell them online.
