Subject : REORGANIZATION OF OFFICES

1. To ensure the continuous and smooth operation of the different services of the Campus,
the following units are hereby assigned to their respective offices:

Unit New Office


Administrative and Supply Office Student Center
Campus Registrar ICT Management Office
Document Control Custodian/ Records HRMD Office
Management Office
HRMD Office Cashier’s Office
Research and Extension Unit Physics Laboratory

2. The heads of the said units are hereby requested to allot one (1) day in transferring
materials and files so as not to jeopardize the delivery of their services.

3. The Campus Administrative Officer is further advised to assign utility personnel to


assist the unit heads in the transfer of offices.

4. This Office will monitor the compliance of all concerned.
