Zamboanga City, a parcel of land situated in Tala Road, Boalan Zamboanga
City identified as nearby at the residence of the donor with an area of One
Hundred (100) square meters, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No.____________ of the Registry of Deeds of Zamboanga City.

That I hereby warrant my title over the land above-describe,

with FULL RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF THE SAME, FREE FROM ALL ALIENS AND
ENCUMBRANCES, and that henceforth, full right of ownership and possession
shall pertein to the DONEE
