Topic to be discussed : Science and Math Month-Long Activity & other Matters
 The CoP started with a prayer led by Mrs. Maria Chona P. Suazo-Elementary Science
coordinator at exactly 2:00pm at the Principal’s Office.
 Mrs. Monding the Secondary Science Coordinator introduced the important points to be
discussed for the ScieMath Month Activities.
 She informed about the different events to be contested by year level and everyone present
is taking down notes for referral during the re-echo inside the classroom.
 Mrs. Monding further encourage the 100% participation of students on the different
events.
 One of the highlight of the said meeting is the Search for Mr. Ambassador & Ms.
Ambassadress of GoodWill 2019 that was being discussed by Mr. Jayson Karl D. Dumas-
Secondary Math Coordinator.
 Mr. Dumas further mentioned about the committees during the said search and the criteria
and mechanics of the different competition.
 We agreed that there should be two categories of the said search, one from the elementary
from grades 4-6 and the other from the secondary grades7-senoir high school.
 There will be a compulsory ticket of 20.00 pesos per student serve as entrance fee to
compensate the expenses during the conduct of the event.
 We planned to top the presence of every teacher to checked the attendance of their
students before and after so that they will feel the importance of the Science and Math
Mont Activities.
 More information regarding the details of the different events during the month celebration
is attached from Launching, Weekly activities,and Search.
 The short conference ended at exactly 5:10 in the afternoon with a prayer led by Ms.
Kathleen Feb Laurente.
