I. INTRODUCTION
Innovation is defined as a new invention or a new way of doing something. The process of
invention is invariably preceded by one or more discoveries that help the inventor solve the
problem at hand. A discovery may be accidental, such as the discovery of X- rays by Wilhelm
Conrad Roentgen while he was experimenting with cathode rays, or induced, such as the
invention of the lightning rod by Benjamin Franklin after he proved that lightning is an electrical
phenomenon.
In common usage the term invention is applied only to the production of new materials or
operable devices, and the term inventor is applied to a person who has produced a new device or
material. Under strict definition, however, anything produced by a human that is new and unique
is an invention; this definition was recognized by Johann Sebastian Bach, who gave the title
Inventions to a series of his short keyboard compositions.
The different kinds of innovations shown in this work plan were very simple but considered very
useful and with only a very minimal cost. The material used is mostly recyclable so it also
considered helpful to the environment. Imagination is another means on how these creations
were made. The innovations made can be used as instructional devices, projects in schools and as
model projects in the Instructional Room and can be used as a feasibility study because the
items are marketable.
INVENTION (device or process), creation of new devices, objects, ideas, or procedures useful
i in accomplishing human objectives.
CREATIVITY, capacity to have new thoughts and to create expressions unlike any other.
is a basic element in many human endeavors, such as art, music, literature,
and performance.
RECYCLING the processing of used or waste material so that it can be used again, instead of
being waste.
