Dear Ma’am,

The Bicol College Senior High School Department will be having an “Acquiantance Party” this
coming July 27, 2018 at the Bicol College Quadrangle. In connection with this, we would like to
ask permission from your good office to allow us to use the said venue which is inside the premises
of JHS. The activity will start on 4 o’clock in the afternoon and it will end at exactly 10 o’clock in
the evening. The organizers will start to This event will give the students of Senior High School
and teachers to interact and have a great time with each other even for just a few hours.

Rest assured that the facilitators and the participants will maintain the cleanliness and orderliness
of the said venue.
