Madam,

Good Day!

Reading is fundamental. It is in fact the most important ingredient to becoming all that you can
be. It can not only help our leaners become a better student, but a better person. With this, the
ACLC Grammarians Guild Reading Program aims to bring and cultivate a culture of reading
among ACLC Senior High School students and help those who need further assistance in
developing their literacy skills as well as to enhance their reading aptitude and increase
reading appreciation and complement the formal classroom curriculum.

As mentioned above, struggling Senior High School students of ACLC College of Iriga City, Inc.
are the target beneficiaries. This program requires a remedial sessions every Friday, morning to
be facilitated by the AGG officers under the guidance of the club advisers. English teachers in all
grade 11 and 12 students will determine the students who needed remediation.

Moreover, the commencement of this activity shall be on the first Friday of second semester for
school year 2022-2023. The AGG will also strictly keep the beneficiaries’ profiles and
information confidential.

We look forward to your positive and utmost approval regarding this proposal.

Thank you!

Sincerely yours,
