RESOLUTION NO. 3
SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (SIP) TO THE


LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD (LSB) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, TARLAC

WHEREAS, the School Improvement Plan (SIP) presents a three-year roadmap which lays
down the specific solution of the school to identified Priority Improvement Areas, focusing in
achieving greater access, quality and governance in basic education;

WHEREAS, pursuant to D.O 26 s. 2022 otherwise known as the implementing Guidelines on


the Establishment of School Governance Council. The SGC shall participate actively in the
formulation and implementation of the SIP and to communicate to the School Planning Team
and recommendations on improving the efficiency and quality of school services.

WHEREAS, the SGC is also tasked to recommend to the LGU through the Local School Board
(LSB) to strengthen support of and relationship with the LGU, relevant local school programs
and projects consistent with national policies or needs-based, data driven, gender-responsive
and inclusive interventions affecting learners’ right in education and their welfare;

WHEREAS, a meeting was convened on 18th of November, to review and deliberate upon the
salient of the SIP for 2022-2028

WHEREAS, a copy of the SIP was given to each member of the SGC for individual reviews;
WHEREAS, upon collective review and consideration, all the twelve (12) voting members
recommend the SIP for 2022-2028 as a roadmap for the implementation of the school’s
program, projects, and activities in the long-term.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT, the School Governance Council of


Calibungan High School recommends the School Improvement Plan to the Local School Board

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT


This resolution is hereby adopted by the School Governance Council on this 18th of
November, 2022 and shall take effect immediately.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION.
