RESOLUTION NO. 3
SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION requesting the repair of school comfort rooms for Grade 7 and 8 students
of Pacalundo Integrated School.

Whereas, the Grade 7 and 8 students of this school is in need of functional comfort rooms.

Whereas, the use of clean and functional comfort room is a necessity and a basic need of
every individual.

Whereas, the repair of comfort room, will cost around around Php 6000 (Six Thousand
Pesos) and will be charge to School Funds.

Now, therefore, on motion of Ms. Okura S. Maute, the PTA President, unanimously
seconded by the SGC Members, parents and stakeholders present, BE IT:

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT this body now in session, agrees to the
repair of comfort rooms for Grade 7 and 8 Students of Pacalundo Integrated School.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the decision to repair be done before the end of the month.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED; this 12th day of May, 2023 at Pacalundo Integrated School.
