caused trouble for their future.

In my opinion Mr. D Ganesh could have taken some measures to avoid the embarrassment caused to
the Company:1.Initially he should not have trusted Mr. Swami blindly and should have asked himt o w a i t
fo r t he de ma nd to be a sc er ta i ned . T hi s wo ul d ha ve d el a ye d t he recruitment
p r o c e s s b u t w o u l d h a v e d e f i n i t e l y s a v e d t h e C o m p a n y f r o m embarrassment and the
College from the phase of uncertainty and fear for thecareers of its students.

2.After the recruitment fiasco, he could have stabilized the situation by informingthe College
about the shortage and the mishap that has happened from theCompany s o t hat t he
coll ege coul d have asked its st udents t o sit f or other companies.
