Title: A clean and healthy me: a campaign on personal hygiene for health
promoting schools.

A. Brief Description and/or Rationale of the Outreach Activity/Service:

“Proper Hygiene Ugaliin” one personal benefit of good hygiene is having better
health. Keeping your body clean helps prevent illness and infection from bacteria or
viruses. Like in our example, the simple act of washing your hands regularly is an
effective way to keep germs from spreading.

B. Target Group and Reasons for choosing it:

Grade 4 to Grade 6 student for the students to practice proper hygiene for daily
basis.

August 21, 2018, Brgy. Talungon Bais City Negros Oriental

D. Objective and Situational Analysis

Objective:

 The Outreach Program aims to encourage the participation of the Senior High
School in social development work and collaborate with community-based
organizations and institutions in their efforts to promote a just, loving, equitable,
and humane society.
 Recognize the importance of having good health.
 Execute the proper ways on how to maintain proper hygiene.
 Value the importance of taking good care of our body.

Strategies:

 Gather the children in a comfortable room.

 Inform them the purpose.
 Give lecture about “Good Personal Hygiene”

E. Outcome of the Proposal:

With the help of God’s grace, we will be able to share our knowledge to the little
once in Brgy. Talungon Bais City, Negros Oriental. So much that they will able to adapt
the proper ways of maintaining a healthy life style to keep them away from diseases.
