The Mathematics Club is planning to have an Outreach Program at Antagan Elementary School,
Barangay Antagan, Tumauini Isabela on December 22, 2018.

The objectives of conducting this camp are as follows:

1. To increase enjoyment, confidence and ability in Mathematics among students
2. To develop a more sustained program of social involvement that would cover more
interaction with other children and other sectors of the society
3. To intensify the sense of volunteerism among the students of the RSHS.

 School Outreach Programme
A. Rationale
The Regional Science High School for Region 02 is always
ready in engaging on outreach programs to promote Mathematics in
elementary schools in Tumauini as well as helping the students
through giving of school supplies, clothes and others.
Coordinated through the Mathematics Department, this
outreach program will include school visit, math tutorials, giving of
gifts, feeding program and also parlor games.

B. Objectives
The Mathematics Department aims to increase enjoyment,
confidence and ability in Mathematics among students. It tries to
develop a more sustained program of social involvement that would
cover more interaction with other children and other sectors of the
society. It also aims to intensify the sense of volunteerism among the
students of the RSHS.

C. Target Groups
The target group of this programme are the students of
Antagan Elementary School, Barangay Antagan, Tumauini, Isabela.

D. Date and Venue

The activity will be conducted on December 22, 2018 at
Antagan Elementary School, Antagan, Tumauini, Isabela.
