Profile: Business Analyst

 We are looking for highly driven individuals who are from leading Consulting background.
 The individual will build and lead his team of new car sales to build first of its kind business in auto
industry. The person would be responsible for building the entire business line in his respective country.

Key Responsibilities:
 Making persuasive business proposals for new corporate tie-ups
 Identifying new business opportunities for existing client
 Managing end to end client relationship
 Reporting & Data analytics
 Driving product changes from business perspective (cross functional synergies)
 Client Handling: End to end relationship management with OEM client which includes converting clien
t’s vision
into business solutions, understanding their analytical view to suggest relevant reports, sharing insigh
ts of their business, and solving their challenges with our advanced tech solutions
 Business Development: Directly working with Head Sales & Strategy to make innovative business prop
osals for corporate tie up.
 Gap analysis at each dealer (expected conversion Vs. Actual conversion) with all parameters in consid
eration
 Drive process improvement: System improvements, call logic mainstreaming & lead ranking based on c
ustomerbehavior, source & multiple parameters to maximize conversion.
 Business Intelligence: Linking KPI of operation, sales team and strategy team to business KPI. KPI meas
urementand sharing with top management & CEO for business decision-making
 Innovations in the product: Suggest new features in product or new product aligned with the business
requirement.
