I reserved an Alyanna Unit and has already paid reservation fee (10,000.00) and 1
month down payment (19,666.66). However, we haven’t yet signed a contract and we
were not properly briefed regarding the payment of amendment fee for the change of
my civil status.

In this regard, may I respectfully request that the amendment fee in the amount of
(2,500.00) be waived.
