RAMAYANA

The view of life presented in this story is that more on values,

they always value their family, specially their ancestor even if already
in the past but they still valued it. And also it presented the love of the
family. That whatever happen, their family is always there to protect
and give help if they need. This character articulates to Ram, who is the
son of the King Dasartha. Reincarnated by Vishnu who is now born as
Rama, so that is from their ancestor so, they showed it that they give
value to their ancestor and the love of the family, as I watched the
Ramayana, the character Ram there is a loving son to his parents,
ancestors, because he always obeyed them and give respect, a loving
brother to his three brothers and a loving husband to his wife he will do
everything just to protect his wife Sita. So as what I have understand
what is man here in relation to God is that they have presented the
values of being prayerful and they have faith of what they have prayed.
Before they do the actions, they ask guidance to the creator to always
guide them and hope to answered prayer. And a man here is a strong
man to do the things or the actions just to protect the love ones. And a
woman here in relation to God is that being prayerful also, they have
the patience to wait for someone they love. Yes, the story Ramayana
has a moral statement that teaches us the importance of morality and
justice, for me in the author’s attitude in creating this story and
applying it toward his world, toward his fate, toward free will, toward
God is that maybe he compare it by his true world of what possibilities
happen in his world. Then he tried to use it in making his story. And
the author’s attitude toward his fate in making the story is that he has
the control to predict of what happen now in the story and in the future.
And the author’s has a free will in making his story because he’s the
one has a creative mind that have the imagination so he has free will.
And the author’s attitude toward God, is that in the story he
applied it the attitude of a human that always have faith in God, and
making the character to be prayerful. And asking guidance to the
creator in solving their problems. Based on the story the events of their
world there, I guess it’s not random because they did not know what
might happening to their everyday lives, but still they face it. Just like
the author’s life he doesn’t know what happen in his everyday life
because he cannot predict the future but if we based in the story the
author can predict of what happen for tomorrow, because the story is
not true and he’s the one created it. For me the author’s conception
about good and evil relating in the story is that the good there is in
giving respect to their ancestors, obeyed the family values, culture.
Giving love to love ones, give protection and helping everyone in terms
they need. The evil there is somewhat not give respect to the ancestors,
not to obeyed the family, not to give protection to love ones and not
giving help to those who in needs. One character described a good
person there who is Ram, and the bad character described there who is
Ravana who kidnapped the wife of Ram and bring him to his place that
caused Ram to be angry for kidnapping his wife. Ram did everything
just to save his wife Sita. The author presented the Ramayana cast of
very rounded characters, and it able to do so because it presented the
idea that good and evil exist. All the characters, good or bad fight a
personal battle between their desire to do good and their desires to
follow a path that’s comparatively not good. The author’s possibility
that good comes more easily to some than to others. Just like Rama he
is the incarnation of the god Vishnu, and has easy time of behaving in
acceptable manner.
The work say about the good nature or evil is that when someone will
do the good deeds and someone will do the bad deeds. Because it depends to
someone if he acts this way. Yes, still the good exist! And it prevails
especially, if it’s in you. You can do good things if you want it to. Even if
you’re in a bad situation but you’re the one will decide it if you continue to
be good. But yes, the good still exist! And you can apply it many ways. Yes,
the evil still exist! This is not literally evil. But referring to bad people yes it
still exist because no one can’t commit sin. That’s in you who will do or act
to be bad. That is why the good and bad still exist. In the story Ramayana, the
work say about human nature is that humanity doesn’t mean mankind but
which particularly characterize of human nature. The Ramayana story maybe
show us that the some of the happening in the story are in relating to the lives
of some culture. Some of the characteristics of human being are applied in
the story. The Ramayana, explores also the values of human being. Or shall I
say, that all of the happening in the story is actually happening in the real life
of human being. This story is not just a story, but also its educational and it
demonstrates the importance of values such as respecting our family, give
love to others, keeping our promises, and helping each other in terms in need.
