Why was it a successful relationship?


Both parties did what was expected of them at the church and it was a fun working environment
that I made a lot of friends in.

witnessed. Describe the expectations for the job.

Reliable, hardworking, good customer service, Good communication, good management,
and attention to detail. flexible schedule, welcoming environment,
and good pay.

In your opinion, was there a mismatch of expectations? How could the situation have
been improved or avoided?

There was not enough clear communication and the management was poor. They did
not treat their employees with respect. It could have been avoided by bringing in new
management or improving employee feedback so they could have a say in things around
the store.
