    AGREEMENT CONTRACT

    JULY 25, 2019

    This letter serves a formal agreement between MR. XIANHUA LIU and
    MIGENLOGISTICS CORPORATION with office address at Door 16, 3rd Floor
    SJRDC BLDG. Vicente Hizon Sr. Lanang, Davao City. Whereby MR. XIANHUA
    LIU will receive the money from MIGENLOGISTICS CORPORATION for the
    buying of Coco Charcoal and it will be exported to China.
    Hence, MIGENLOGISTICS CORPORATION will only release the money based
    on the number of containers to deliver to the Port.

    MR. XIANHUA LIU agreed on this term with his full voluntary act and deed.
