Assistant restaurant manager at my parent's family restaurant called Doughboy’s Pizza


Restaurant in Wind Gap, PA. I have been involved with the restaurant my whole life. I have 10 years of
experience with the business life and my skills are staff training and team leader with guest satisfaction,
excellence service, and sales. My skills are Management, Customer Service, Payroll, Inventory, Team
Building and Training.

I am very liked by a lot of the costumers that come on the daily. All my costumers think of me as
family. Being able to be personal with the costumers makes them keep wanting to come back. With
these actions, customers who keep coming back once a week or even every single day are being the
revenue up. I have achieved all the food satisfactory, and taing care of the customers. My favorite
achievement is making sure all 30 employees work as a team and make the work place a comfortable
happy workspace.

I have made mistakes on customer's communications by either not understanding how they
want their food or if they have a problem sometimes, I do not know how solve them to make them
satisfy. Customers are always right, and I will always have to live with that saying.

It is very hard to be in a customer service job, but I know for fact I am good at it, and I love it. I
am a people person and seeing people with smiles on their face when they take of bite of the food my
employees or I have made keeps me happy and sane.
