Dear Mr. Vadde Ranganna,

Greetings!

In reference to your valued proposal and discussion for our construction centring work, we are pleased to
release the work order for the above said centring work at our plot for ground, first and second floors. We
agreed the part of pricing as per your proposal (Inclusive of all Taxes).

Terms & Conditions:

 As per the agreement, quality should be maintained. Basement Amount 62,347/- (Sixty Two
Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Seven Rupees only) has been settled regarding with the whole
weekly advance payments amounted 64,300/- (Sixty Four Thousand Three Hundred Rupees only)
till dated 05-07-2015 .

 We are releasing payment of Rs.4000/- (Fifteen Hundred Only) in advance by hand after the
basement settlement as per the proposal. Hence Rs.1953/- will also be added in advance payments
towards the ongoing construction work.

 You need to take corrective actions in case of poor performance of workers.

 Pricing per Square feet is as follows (except Stair Case).
