INTENTIONAL LIVING WORKSHEET MONTH

You are more likely to reach your goals and live a well-designed life when you are present, engaged, and intentional with how you spend your time. Each month,
take time to think about each of the areas below. Fill in your personal intentions and the action items you’ll take to achieve them. An example would be “get fit -
exercise 3x each week.” Remember that being intentional is just as much about saying no as it is to saying yes. An example of this would be “spend more time with
family - say no to staying late at work.” Living your life with intention means living on purpose rather than letting your life live you.
