ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
SY 2017-2018
Upon the acceptance of the Office Order signed by the previous principal, Sir Willie
Balagas, I was then scheduled weeks after to attend the seminar/orientation for the
position of Human Resource Development Coordinator.

We were tasked to keep updated the profiles of teachers’ training needs, trainings
attended, and our continuing professional development. Hence, I compiled all the
documents submitted to me. Currently, I had just furnished all the Personal Data Sheets
into a compilation of hard copy and soft copy with its burned DVD copy.

The said coordinatorship is a very challenging one, because I have so many plans in
putting things in mind to action, yet the transition of this position is somewhat new and
apprising for the teachers to embrace what it mandated. Gradually and hopefully, things
will be taken to rest as per my duties and functions.

Plans on INSET, LAC Sessions and any related human resource development has
been laid in mind but was taken slowly and optimistically to attain objectives.

Supporting documents of my accomplishments are filed into safe with a soft and
DVD copy.
