Greetings!

We, the Religious group (The Purity) of grade 11 – Perseverance have the honor to
submit our project proposal which is entitled “Project PURE” and the target clients will be the
selected pupils of Barangan Memorial Elementary School located at Barangay 24 Sta. Monica
San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

In connection to this, may we be permitted to conduct our project this second semester.
We will guarantee that the safety measures will be observed and secured by a parent’s consent.

I. Project Title: “Project PURE”

P – prospering and having a deep

U – understanding to God towards

R – realistic good manners and

E – empowerment of hearts and minds amongst children

II. Project site:

The emplacement of this project would be in Barangan Memoial Elementary School


located at Barangay 24 Sta. Monica San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

III. Implementation Period:

The project will be implemented and conducted during the second semester school year
2019 – 2020.

IV. Clients:

The people who will be involved in this project will be the selected pupils of Barangan
Memorial Elementary School who does not have deep faith in God. Not only the pupils of
Barangan Memorial Elementary School will be benefited with this project but also those children
who are willing to engage on this Saturday bible workshop mainly to those who are not engaged
into spiritual activities.

V. Budget:

The cost of this project is estimated having a total of Php 7,000. The estimated budget
will be allocated on the following materials and supplies needed in conducting the project. If in
case there are exces in every allocated cost, it will be allowed for other expenses and emergency
expenses of this project.

Php 1,000.00 Rosary Gift giving

Php 500.00 Transportation

VI. Source of Fund

The fund for this project will be sourced out by the 11 member, who are Holy Spirit
Academy of Laoag students. Each member will contribure Php. 640.00 based on the budget
section or may solicit from the kindhearted residents from the community.

VII. Project Implementers:

The Religious group (The Purity) will implement this project in consortium with the
Barangan Memorial Elementary School, the principal and teachers, parents of the recipients and
the supportive guardians of the constituents.

VIII. Rationale of the Project:

The Project PURE aims to uplift not only the lives of the recipients but also to empower
their spiritual being. As we do believe that in order to enhance one’s life, it will be start it with
the ability to know God first before anything else, to achieve pureness, sincerity and a happier
and a better life. It also develops the capability of the young in able for them not only educate
their minds but also their hearts as well by means of having spiritual sessions, and as a help to
the clients we will also be having the gift giving for in this portion this will serve as their token
and will be helpful into their daily lives.

IX. Objectives:
A. To the children:
 To teach the youth about God as He has revealed Himself through His Word, and to
create an environment in which they can grow and develop in faith and obedience,
through Bible study, prayer and song.
 To develop in children and youth an appreciation for the beauty of God’s creation
and a stewardly attitude concerning how that creation is to be enjoyed.
 To provide opportunities for children and youth to enjoy new and challenging
activities which promote responsible behaviour and the development of Christian life
skills, which encourage healthy relationships with others.
 To develop reading and writing skills

B. To the society/community

 To assist the community in becoming active members of their church communities.

 To nurture the development of long-term, “big brother/big sister” relationships


between young Christian adults and children and youth with special social, emotional
and family needs.
 To provide counselors and other staff members with opportunities for leadership
development and for Christian service to others.

C. To the implementers

 To achieve good relationship with other people and with God


 To teach the value of being a faithful steward of God’s resources.
 To teach work and relational skills.

X. Project Background:

Considering the present situation on today’s generation wherein people specifically the
children in various areas does not have the deep understanding and faith towards our creator
Almighty God. We can’t also deny the fact that as new generation develops, the disciplines and
behaviour of the children are not only changing but also evolving thus, it is really important for
them to be educated and enlightened.

Upon seeking into reality programs and projects must be implemented and should done to
the concerned children who really need help from the other people. As a part of the 21st century
generation, we must now do actions and movements hand in hand in order to help in solving the
problems that we are facing today.

Hence, the “Project PURE” bourns out to enhance, develop and improve the lives of the
children by letting them know that there is a man above everything in this world that loves us
wholeheartedly. It will also build foundation to make a wider bridge for having deep understanding
toward Almighty God. In as much as we, the constituents of this project, really wants to achieve
fulfilment and success for this project. With our desire to help the youth. Determination, dedication
and commitment must be exerted to make this project successful.
XI. Implementing Aspects:

A.) Planning Phase


The project will be implemented every 6 hours (8am – 11am) and (1pm – 4 pm)
every Saturday.
