Sub: Adding work items in the work order MaGL/EDO/19-20/060 dated 30-11-2019.
Background
MaGL has planned City Gate Station at Jategaon, MaGL signed sale deed agreement with owners for
this plot measuring 6300 sq. meter on 26-12-2019. MaGL has applied the basic layout approval from
PESO for this facility.

Main Content
It is anticipated that the civil works for the CGS facility Jategaon shall start by December 2019. MaGL
intends to safeguard the plot against any trespassers and deploy security guard on site. MaGL shall
restrict the entry of the trespassers by installing Barbed Wire Fencing on the plot.
For topographical survey the cleaning of plot and removal of vegetation was required to mark the corner
ends of the plot, M/s Hindustan Enterprises has done the cleaning to carry out the topographical survey
of plot.
The M/s Hindustan Enterprises has completed the fencing work as per the work order received from
MaGL. Due to some local issue, re-fixing of angles was required before barbed wiring and contractor
has completed the work as per the instruction received from the MaGL.

Recommendation
We recommend to issue confirmation letter to M/s Hindustan Enterprises considering they
have completed the work as per the instructions received from MaGL.
