II. Rationale

A. Importance of the project

 Living within a fast-paced environment in 21st century is very stressful and
at times, we get so embroiled in our hectic lifestyles with deadlines to meet
and work-life pressure that we actually forget to chill out and relax! This
project aims to give people a “me time” where they can get out, have fun
and re-energize for the next challenges that will come.

B. Vision

 To see a place full of people where everyone is smiling, laughing, relaxed

and just having a great time

Mission

 To provide “ Stress Out” environment where every people who will visit will
come back over and over again because they are more than satisfied with
the service that they have received.

 Showcase incredible talents of Filipino (singing, poetry, and comedy)

D. Specification of the building or location

 A one story big comedy resto club designed with farm house interior design
style incorporated with beautiful paintings located near the SM Southmall.

III. Project Proponent

 The people needed that may help establish the success of this project are:
comedian, teen singers with a special talent in spoken word poetry (boy
and girl), manager, chefs who are inclined with different Filipino foods and
western foods, waitresses, and security guard.

V. Brief Description of the Project

 Stress Out is a resto entertainment club. The business is a partnership

operating under entrepreneurs Matthew Ruiz and his friends located in
Bacoor, City and will begin operation in February. Stress Out recognizes the
busy lives of people and wants to bring them happiness through
entertainment and Filipino and other delicious foods. The business hopes to
have profit of more or less 1 million pesos by the end of year.

 The labor needed for the construction is 2 million and the labor cost
every month is approximately 230,000 pesos a month
