the study, “No-Plastic Policy’s Effect on Notre Dame-Siena College of General Santos
City” in partial fulfilment for the requirements in Practical Research 1 subject.
This interview will gather observations with the focus on the effect of the No-Plastic Policy
in ND-SCGSC; how the policy make changes in the school’s sanitation and how it improve
the quality of the school’s environment.

Upon answering the interview, the respondents shall be oriented about the code of
confidentiality where the answer in the interview may not be told to others due to the code
that holds confidential information. With this the researchers would like to ask permission
to conduct an interview with the respondents who are knowledgeable about the study
