the license and use of HTRI software is governed by the terms and
conditions of the HTRI Xchanger Suite Educational License
Agreement between your institution and HTRI and no other terms and
conditions apply.

*To qualify for one (1) license fee waiver in these cases,
HTRI must receive the following information in addition
to that listed below:
 Courses in which the software will be used
 Name and contact details of instructors which
will use the software in their courses
This information will also be required from all licensees
annually to renew for another year and obtain a waiver
of renewal license fees. In the absence of such
information, the license will not be renewed and the
agreement will be terminated.
