 Biography
Rexon Cepeda Nodque was born in Igpanolong Sibalom,Antique,
in May 22, 1983 . He received the Bachelor’s Degree in Community
Development and Master’s Degree at University of Antique.He got his
24 units of his Doctorate at the Central Philippine University (CPU) in
Iloilo, City and currently enrolled his Doctorate’s Degree at University of
Antique.

At young age, he was elected as Councilour in 2010-2013 in the

Municipality of Sibalom, Antique .In his next term he tried his luck to
run as Vice Mayor, in the same municipality but unfortunately he lost.

Since 2015 up to present , he was appointed by Honorable

Governor Rhodora J. Cadiao as Executive Assistant IV at Provincial
Capitol in the Province of Antique. He is the Head of the Provincial
Youth Development Office (PYDO) , Chairperson of the Hinugyaw
Kabataan that composed of all the Provincial Scholars of Antique. He
was also the Chairperson of the Indigenous People’s Desk .
