DETAILED INTRODUCTION OF IQF TUNNEL FREEZER

1. Stainless Steel Conveyor Belt:
We adopt food grade stainless steel as the material of conveyor belt. The surface
of belt is flat and neat.

2. Insulation Panels:
PUF sandwich panels, 120mm thick with 42kg/m3 density, laminated both sides
by SUS304 stainless steel sheet. Outer sheet is 0.8mm and inner sheet is 0.5mm.

5. Evaporator and Fan:
Both the tubes and fins of evaporator are made of aluminum alloy. The large fins
and different fin pitches can assure the perfect effect of heat exchange.
