    O. Cabanban, hereinafter referred to as the “SUPPLIER,”
    warrants the transformer delivered within the specification and
    quality so expressly desired by RJB CONSTRUCTION, the
    “OWNER.”

    The warranty does not cover, however, warranty or fitness of the


    unit for a particular purpose.

    ARCLER Builders and Construction Supply hereby provides a


    warranty of two (2) years on the unit delivered, the warranty start
    at the date of installation of the transformer.
