8 Providing and installing to true lines levels Elastomeric bearings of 1200 mm Diameter,

9 Providing, fabricating , transportation, assembling and erection in position of steel members
for Steel Plate Girder Bridge using structural steel plates of Grade E-410 B0,
Normalised/control cooled, conforming to IS-2062 with latest amendments, to the required
profile and shape . This item includes necessary templates, adequate temporary supports,
scaffolding and staging, all cutting, grinding, welding (using automatic submerged arc 1950.0 1800.0 390.0 360.0 MT
welding and gas metal arc (MIG) welding wherever specified) & all labour, tools, plants &
equipments and operations etc required to complete the job as per drawings and
specifications.

10 Providing, testing and tightening of High Strength Friction Grip Bolts (HSFG bolts) of
class/grade 10.9 up to proof loads as per IS:4000 using Automatic Calibrated Torque Wrench
at all locations of splicing and at all heights, wherever specified as per drawings and their
compatible nuts and washers all complete required to execute the job. All HSFG bolts and 117.0 108.0 23.4 21.6 MT
nuts, washers conforming to IS:1367, IS:6610, IS:6623 and IS:4000 shall be used.

11 Providing, testing and fixing of High Strength shear connectors shear studs of size 25 x
125 mm profiled from high strength MS rods (Yield strength=385 MPa, minimum
elongation=18 %, Characteristic tensile strength=495 mpa) and fusion welded of appropriate

13 Providing and installing multi-cell expansion joints with total allowable movement of 240
mm as per specifications detailed in IRC-SP:69-2005 duly supplemented with manufacturer's

14 Providing and laying Ready to use Prepacked, Non-shrink, Cementatious Micro Concrete
from approved manufacturer of strength 60 MPa at 28 days with selected cement, aggregate

including all type of steel shuttering, staging ,scaffolding, and necessary tools, plant and

(Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded

shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective
surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of
reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested
as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the
Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer
