Dear Parents,

In this time of uncertainty, know that we are working to ensure your children have a safe, and fun, place to come back
to.

Starting Monday April 6th, in regards to Summer Session SignUps, we will be doing things a little different this year.
Since we are unsure of when we will re-open, and at what capacity, we are going to use a “Wait List” system. This will
be a “First Come, First Serve” basis. Note: we will not be accepting, or taking, payments for Summer Session at this time
or in person. On May 1st we will provide more information on payment via Email, Facebook, and Remind.

To get your child on the wait list, please read the following instructions in their entirety to ensure your child’s/children’s
applications are completed and submitted correctly:

1. Electronic applications must be completed and submitted via our website. This WILL NOT be available through
Trax.
2. You must be in Chrome for the auto “Email” link to work correctly.
3. An application must be completed for each child. Each section of the application must be completed. If a
section does not apply (for example: there are no “Non-Authorized Contacts”, please put n/a on the first line). If
the application is incomplete, we will reach out requesting that you complete the application again. We will not
accept an incomplete application.
4. When your application/s is/are complete, there are 3 ways to submit:
a. Use the “Email” link at the bottom of the application (this will only work in Chrome) to submit the
application. Put your child’s first and last name in the “Subject” line. After using the “Email” link, will
bring you back to the application. DO NOT click on the “Email” link again. This will result in multiple
applications being received for your child. You will receive a “confirmation of receipt” email within an
hour of submission. For multiple children, you can “Save as a PDF” on your desktop after completing
each application. When you complete the final application use the “Email” link (if using Chrome) and
attach all applications to submit them together.
b. If you are not using Chrome, use the “Print” or “Save” option to email the application, or to submit
applications for multiple children, through your email account. Put your child’s/children’s first and last
names in the “Subject” line.
c. The “Save” option can be used exactly like the “Print” button. You can save and email all applications
like above.
d. If not using Chrome, email all applications to Membership.
5. Please remember that all applications will be processed on a “first come, first serve” basis, and if an application
is incomplete it will affect the placement of that application.

We understand changing our processes can be frustrating for you. Please know we appreciate your help to keep your
