Management and Organization

R.I.P. is a partnership form and a service type of business. It consists of (number


of partners). The partners will contribute equal amounts of resources, entitling them to
an equal interest in the business’s profits and losses. (di ko alam kung general ba lahat

Responsibilities

Senior Staff

The senior staff serves as the source of authority. His function is to see the
overall activities of the enterprise which involves leading employees and controlling the
business. His activities will include:
 Assigning tasks and instructing workers for day-to-day activities
 Arrange the necessary materials needed in carrying out the services of the
business
 Prepare the periodical reports about the performance of the workers
Journeyman

The journeyman works under the senior staff. He is responsible for overseeing
the operational needs of the business. His responsibilities include:
 Communicate with the senior staff regarding the financial needs in carrying out
the business activities
 Contacting the suppliers for the materials needed by the business
 Directing the entry level employees

Entries

The entry level workers include the cashier and security guard.

Cashier

The cashier is responsible for taking in the accommodation charges, as


well as the payments for other services offered by the business. His activities
include:

 Monitor the time that the reviewees spent in the establishment and
assign the charges for the respective services.
 Maintain daily financial records regarding the receipt of said
accommodation charges

Security Guard

The business gives importance to the security and comfort of its


customers. The security guard will be ensuring the safety of the establishment,
the employees and the customers.

Directing Techniques

The partners (di ko alam kung may managing partner ba) will employ competent
persons that will manage the business. The Senior Staff will be leading and controlling
the business. He will directly work with the partners and will be responsible in carrying
out the objectives set by the business. He will administer the workers, give motivation
and resolve any problems that may arise.

The journeyman is directed the responsibility of overseeing the operational


needs of the business. His responsibilities include the inbound logistics of the needed
by the business, as well as the legal requirements of business operation. He is also to
monitor the supplies
The cashier is responsible for monitoring the time that the reviewees spent in the
establishment and assign the charges for the respective services. Because the
business is only new, it has been agreed that the cashier will also have the task of
preparing coffees for the reviewees and manning the supporting services of the
business (i.e. printing). The business will have (2/3?) cashiers on shift to cater to the
business’s operating hours.

The security guard ensure the safety of the establishment, the employees and
the customers. The business will also have (2/3?) security guards on shift to cater to the
business’s operating hours.
