Tender cum Auction Notice

The following dismantled pipes and bathroom fittings, etc. are put to auction
on 22.01.2016 at Coir Board premises, resorting to ‘Tender-cum-Auction’ procedure.

The parties interested may examine the above articles during the Office hours
from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm from 11.01.2016 to 21.01.2016.

The tenderers should submit their tenders in the above address on or before
3.00 pm on 21.01.2016 alongwith an amount of Rs.1000/- towards EMD as DD in
favour of Secretary, Coir Board, Kochi. The auction of the above items will be
conducted on 22.01.2016 at 10.30 am. Those interested to participate in the public
auction, may get registered before 10.00 am on 22.01.2016 by remitting a fee of
Rs.250/-. Only registered tenderers can participate in the public auction. The fee will
not be refunded. After the public auction, the sealed tenders submitted will be opened
on the same day in the presence of tenderers, if any, present. The tender will be fixed
in favour of the highest bidder considering the public auction and sealed tenders. The
highest bidder (total items) should deposit the tender proceeds immediately and all
items will be removed from Coir Board premises immediately at bidders cost. The
Secretary, Coir Board reserves the right to accept/reject any tender or
registration without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
