a. Nominal sentence.

b. Verbal sentence.
1) Positive.

They, we, I, you + V1

He, she, it + VS(es) + (O)

e.g. : 1. They go to school together.

 2) Interrogative.

Does + he, she, it + V1 + ( O )

e.g. : 1. Do they go to school together?

3) Negative.
They, we, I, you + don’t

e.g. : 1. They don’t go to school together.

c. Time signals :
- to day - ever - twice
- now - once - etc.
- everyday - etc.
d. When the verbs ends o, sh, ch, s, x, z dan y should be added with es when the
subject of the sentences are he, she, it“.
Examples:
go + es – goes - pergi
do + es – does - mengerjakan
wash + es – washes - mencuci
teach + es – teachers - mengajar
miss + es – misses - meleset, gagal, ketinggalan
mix + es – mixes - mencampur
buzz + es – buzzes - berdengung
study + es – studies - belajar

mobilnya)
4. In the school, I study from 6.30 a.m until 11.00 a.m (Di sekolah aku belajar dari jam 6.30 - jam
11.00)
5. After school, I play video games with my friends (Sepulang sekolah aku bermain video games
dengan teman-temanku)
