meeting time and schedule well in advance) The invited employees have to bring their family (spouse/children/parents) during the online meeting Each family will be given a chance to introduce and speak
General instructions:
1. Un mute audio only when the HR anchor introduces you to speak
2. Always keep your video ON and Audio in Mute 3. Any concerns in connectivity can be shared to the HR personnel via chat/watsapp/call 4. During the conversation, if you have a question you need to raise your hand/ share the thumps up emoji in zoom application(called REACTION) and you will be given your chance to speak 5. Prior to the meeting, brief your family on the above guidelines, objective and instructions 6. The schedule and zoom ID will be shared prior to the meeting
