To Whom It May Concern:

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Darby. Darby Olenchick was a student
teacher in my Fourth Grade class in the Fall of 2019. He has been a part of a three-teacher team
with 58 students, 10 of whom have learning disabilities. Darby observed and interacted with
students in Science, Social Studies, as well as, observing in the Language Arts and Math
classrooms.

Darby possesses a positive and enthusiastic personality. He has a great rapport with the
students he has worked with. He is well dressed, articulate, and always ready with a smile and a
kind word. On the very first day he was circulating around the classroom to assist the students.
During Darby’s observation experience, he was highly motivated to learn as much as he could
and perform to his best capacities.

I am confident that Mr. Olenchick will be an asset to any staff that he works with. He is
confident and knowledgeable. I believe that he will continue to grow and become even more
