What policies can we follow to reduce traffic in the town centre?

Write an essay, discussing two of the policies in your notes. You should explain which
policy would help reduce congestion most, giving reasons in support of your answer.

Writing:
I really would like to appreciate and to thank the local council worker, by his assistance
today at the meeting which we have fixed. Also, I consider this meeting as an
importance advance which it will be able to reduce the town center traffic.
As it can see in the last decades, the most citizens has the necessity to claim new local
changes under the traffic system order. Because there had been many issues with the
congestion in the main streets.
As it said above, I would like to propose Mr “Jack” which kind of policies may likely
be adopted by both parties. Regarding to propositions which I´m going to give, I
consider very necessary to adopt these measures as soon as possible.
Firstly, for the coming next months it will be necessary to create a “Cycle paths” which
are will be helps to the drives cars in order to reduce collisions and cross cars accidents,
because if Cyclists will drive in this especially road, they will be alone on it, regardless
of whether there is or there is not pedestrian in the same road, but it´s an evidence that
with the approval of this legal measure, we will be able to reduce the center traffic in the
city. In despite of this advance, many parents haves a lot hesitates with this measure
because it is all right that there will be more Cyclists in the city, which could be more
chaotic by them, because many of them have still been using the large cars, but at the
same time, the own legal measure explain them, the advantage of this measure, because
they wouldn´t be worry about the Cyclist anymore, the will be in their own Cycle paths.
The second measure which it has proposed to the local Counsel is to make new “Fines”.
Well, many citizens lastly have the sensation, like “all right” with new traffic fines it
could reduce the congestions, but, in despite of this advance, it could be a disaster,
because only richest people could keep driving there. But the measure here, will specify
which kind “Fines” can be possible in connection with the kind of car that any people
haves.
The last measure which we have completely agreed had been encouraged in the last
decades, it´s the used of the “Public Transports” that is because it is necessary to
increase the used of this. Mainly, because it is important to fight the climate chage,
adapting new green policies which can fight against the green house emisions. Also,
under this measure, it has proposed that there will be a progressive low of prices in
order to encourage people to use it.
To sum up, I would like to add that, this three measures are only the first pack in order
to change the convulsion in the city.
