Read the case and answer the following questions:

Q1. Do you think the team at Sudha Consultants is at a growth stage where they are
unable to perform? Or is it the case of team malformation? Give reasons and
justification for your answer with regard to various stages of team development
and team dynamics. (15marks)

Q2. With respect to the situation in the company, what are the strategies the
management can adopt for improving the team performance? Develop a
procedure for bringing about a change in the organization regarding improving
team performance. (15 marks)
