Bleeder screw repair kit 195929
1. Remove both bleeder screws from the actuator one at a time and
install new oring from kit on the bleeder screw base and apply 545
Loctite on the threads before reinstalling. NOTE: The threads in
the actuator don’t have to be completely dry from oil for the
sealant to work properly. It will work with hydraulic oil present on
them.
2. Torque the bleeder screw base to 18ft lbs onto the actuator.
NOTE: Exceeding 18ft lbs will break the bleeder screw base and
could possibly cause damage to the actuator resulting in
replacement of the actuator, which would not be covered under
warranty.
3. After the steps above are done you must bleed the actuator of air
pockets. NOTE: You must use 2 wrenches to loosen the bleeder
screw from the bleeder screw base before starting the next steps.
