Letter of Motivation for M.Sc.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I consider myself fortunate as I found a program which is compatible with today’s business
world. As my bachelor degree was majored in Economics, it is obvious that master programs
in relevant field will be suitable for me. But there are other factors what drive me to apply for
this program. For instance, my personal interest in these specialization fields. That interest
came from my involvement in previous works. Such as, I was president of my department’s
club for one year, during that time I learned that how to manage a club and what should I do as
a leader. Also, there were times during my integrated bachelor internship, I learned about
marketing of bank services as I worked in a bank for three months. I also attended couple of
seminars on business and branding. I believe these experiences and skills will be helpful for
this requested program.

Another reason why I am choosing this specific master program comes from the fact that in the
near future I would like to pursue a career path in marketing or in management roles. I believe
that this program will make my desired career path easier because this program is rigorously
focused on three separate specialization fields which will leave multiple choices for me.
After learning about the program structure, I came to know that the contents are really coherent
with the program. But what most interest me, are the specialization fields. The fact that a
program like this where students can choose their own desired field, can hardly be found in our
home universities. I believe this program will make me more informed and more flexible and
I will be able to show my skills and works in any national or multinational organizations.
Besides, If I get selected for this program, I will have the chance to learn from the best and I
will study in an international environment which will give me the opportunity to create new
relationships with people from the different culture and also my communication skills will
become better, which can be helpful for my professional career.

I know there will be fierce competition to get letter of acceptance but at the same time I think
I am ready and my academic result backs my claim. I believe I have explained my career goal
in clear context and also stated the key attributes of my interests in these fields, particularly
interest in this master’s program. I hope you would like it and evaluate my application with
appropriate consideration. I look forward to your positive response.
