SECRETARY: I’m sorry, she is not here at the moment. Who is calling, please? 
Julia Grey: This is Julia Grey from Stockholm. I have a letter from Mrs.
Kovalenko, asking me to call her for an interview appointment. She has my
resume. 
SECRETARY: The line is very bad, could you spell your name, please? 
Julia Grey: Yes, Julia Grey, J-U-L-I-A – Julia and Grey, spelt G-R-E-Y. 
SECRETARY: Yes, Mrs. Grey from Stockholm?
Julia Grey: That’s right. Could you ask her to call me when she’s got a moment?

Mrs. Kovalenko: This is Mary Kovalenko. I’m interested in your letter and resume
and would like to see you at our office. 
Julia Grey: Good. When should I come? 
Mrs. Kovalenko: Let’s set up an interview appointment. How about tomorrow at
11 A.M.? 
Julia Grey: That would be very fine.
Mrs.Kovalenko: We are located on 16 Avenue, 7th floor. Do you know how to get
there?
Julia Grey: Yes, I hope so. I guess I can take a taxi. Сould you repeat the address,
