    Q: In the following water tank( d tank=2 m) the water exit from the tank bottom and flow
    back to the tank through the variable diameter tube .after steady state and if the water
    level remains constant in the tank ( 6m ) as shown below , if the gauge pressure at the
    tank exit ( point 2) equals 40 Kpa , and the velocity at point 3 is 5 m/s , calculate :
    I. The water velocity at the tank level (V1)( point 1 and point 4 are open to
    atmosphere) (5 marks)
    II. The diameter of the top section of the pipe (D) (5 marks)
