Complete Sacmi setup, I had joined as technician and Promoted as Laboratory Section head
 ± succesfully handled the QA/QC and R& D Head with a team of 15 members which include
  Incoming Raw materials testing and approving of Trucks.
 In process Parameters establishment and Inspection 24x7 by schedule including
Qualitron Operation.
 Finished Product testing and Product standard maintained as per EU, BIS and SASO
standards
 Up on requirement customer complaint investigation.
 Daily report submission and meetings with all section heads to explain Plant activities.
 Handling of records as per ISO requirement. System for Ceramic Industries.

Achievements
 Run the Plant with New Raw material (Road stone powder) removed
feldspar.Changed Floor tile Composition to 4% fired Shrinkage from 6%, Thus
Saved 25% of Total Production cost.
 Plant got ISO certified under my complete responsibility for Lab and Production
documentation.
 Installed Complete parameters from Raw materials till Sorting machine
Planar/Sizer settings and Stabilized Quality after startup.
