A. To be answered by Teacher-Advisers, as of SY 2019-2020

Name of Teacher-Adviser: MELVIN JAKE D. MANAOG/Tecaher II

School: TALTAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL School Head: ASUNCION A.

EALA/Principal I

District: MASINLOC

Advisory Grade Level: GRADE 11 STEM

No. of Learners in your Advisory Class (SY 2019-2020): Males: 6 Females: 7 Total: 13

Dear Teacher-Adviser,

To the best of your knowledge about the learners in your advisory class, how many of
them HAVE or DO NOT HAVE the capacity for online learning? “Capacity for online
learning” basically means that a learner has the provision of any gadget (computer,
laptop, tablet or smart phone) with internet connectivity and can manage online learning
with minimum guidance/supervision.

Now, go through each of the learners in your list, carefully examine each of them through
your own best knowledge of each of them, then mark each of them in your list with a
check mark (/) for capable or x mark (x) for not capable.

After carefully going through each of your learners through your own scrutiny (as it is
assumed that you know your learners very well especially as regards their socio-
economic status and the like)… Count the number and write the data below (referring to
the question above in red):

HAVE (capable =marked /) = Male: 2 Female: 5 Total:

7

DO NOT HAVE (not capable = marked x): = Male: 4 Female: 2 Total:

6

Note: With the data provided, it would be assumed that learners who DO NOT HAVE the capacity
for online learning will choose and be given alternative modalities like modular approach (in
hard copies) with face-to-face meetings once or twice a week (depending on context of learners
and the community) with the strict observance of social distancing.
