Holy Easter

The traditional Easter meal in Romania contains a lot of dishes and a lot of products.
The cooks prepare traditional recipes learned from their grandmothers, passed down from
generation to generation.
We Romanians usually paint red eggs, make cake with walnuts and Turkish shit, Easter with
cheese, pork liver, grilled lamb and the famous beef salad.
Now I want to detail the famous Easter recipe with charcoal, which everyone is used to cooking
for pasta.
For this recipe you need:
Dough ingredients:

300 g flour; 100 ml of milk;

2 yolks; 100 g fat cottage cheese, well drained whey;
50 g sugar and a little vanilla; 50 g with a minimum of 80% fat;
a pinch of salt; 20 g fresh yeast or 6 g dry yeast.
lemon peel;

ingredients for the filling: a pinch of salt;

1 egg; vanilla;
2 egg whites; lemon peel;
200 g of cottage cheese; 50 g butter with 80% fat;
50 g fat cream; 100 g sugar cough;
30 g rice flour or white flour; 50 g raisins.

Dough preparation:
Heat the milk a little;
Add sugar and yeast, then the other ingredients (less flour) and mix well;
After the ingredients have been mixed, gradually add the flour and knead to homogenize;
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume (about 30 minutes);
After rising, the dough is divided into two (one third for the base and two thirds for the braid).
The larger piece is divided into two other pieces and long, thin cords are made, which are
intertwined;
The smaller part is spread on the table, with the twister, so as to cover the tray in which the
Easter is baked;
The decorative braid is placed on the edge;
Leave to rise for another 15 minutes.
How to prepare the filling: It separates the eggs; Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt;
The rest of the above ingredients are mixed separately;
Beaten egg whites are easily added to the rest of the composition by mixing. Baking method:
Before putting the filling in the dough, it is greased with a beaten egg; The filling is poured into
the tray; Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then another 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees
Celsius; Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the mold;
After it has cooled, take it out of the mold and you can cut it into slices.
