cable or pipe is found during excavation
work
4.3 Open edges/holes 4.3.1 - Install hard barricade and put warning
signage around the excavate area
4.3.2 - Material and tool is stack and keep at safe
place and proper storage.
4.3.3 - Provision for temporary shoring/strutting

avoid spillage and to prepare absorption

6 Pouring the concrete using a tipper truck 6.1 Moving machinery- tipper truck and 6.1.1 - Tipper truck to inspected by UBF
and compact the crusher run using a baby baby compactor Supervisor before entry
