1- Mobilization of workers, materials, tools, plant & Equipment


2- Bring materials onto site and offloading
3- Erection of Pipe Railing with hydraulic crane
4- Bolting/welding of railing with the help of cherry pick
5- Grinding (Before & After welding)
6- Demobilization

Equipment required: Trailer, crane ,grinders, spanners and hammers, level gauge
Personnel involved: Site supervisor, site engineer, fabricators, fitters, crane operator, riggers, truck driver, HSEC supervisor

Part 3: Contingency Plans. Standard PPE’s, First aid kit must be present at the area and the HSE personnel is the first response in
case of emergency, Ambulance to be positioned near work area at all times
