Project Title: Logistics solution designing for the organisation through BPR
• Performed As-Is analysis of the plant operations to identify the NVA activities & bottleneck in the system
• Applied Root-Cause analysis for longer cycle time and number of trips/day and proposed To-be process
• Conducted primary research to ascertain status quo of various stakeholders regarding Owner operator model

Methodology • Performed secondary research via literature review & determine different dimensions of Owner operator model
• Applied cost-benefit analysis considering the benefit of Owner-Operator and the organization as a whole
• Developed a Model to optimize the quantity of transit mixer and number of trips/day of TMs available
• Assessed the practical viability of the project using Risk-Benefit analysis during execution of pilot run
• Successful implementation of Owner-Operator model, break-even in 3 months with increased productivity
Deliverables
• Decreased cycle time by 18% with simultaneous increase in number of trips/TM of the transit mixers by 50%
• Increased operational profit of Rs 1.36 crore (2 yr. old TMs) annually & 7 lakhs/TM by utilizing GST credit input

Project Title: Inventory modelling for Cash and Carry assortment
• Conducted As-Is analysis of current replenishment process to identify areas of improvements and set KPIs
• Performed literature review across various dimensions of Inventory Modelling to understand best practices
Methodology
• Analysed sales trend & performed ABC-FSN classification for 5000+ SKUs across 3 stores & 1 warehouses
• Conducted round table discussion with key stakeholders to propose the best fit aggregate Inventory Model
• Optimized SS & Cycle Inventory with >95% CSL & automated report generation using Excel-VBA scripts
Deliverables • Created dashboard to optimize and visualize impact of COV and Inventory distribution as per KPIs

Project Title: Last mile operation enhancement in E-commerce
• Comprehended the Last Mile Delivery process for different distribution channels at the Delivery Stations
• Benchmarked the last mile operations with the existing 3PL service providers and current industry norms
Methodology • Assessed current delivery efficiency based on distance travelled and Time taken for delivery by Delivery associates
• Developed a vehicle routing program on Google OR-Tools for milk runs for complete and On-time delivery
• Proposed an alternate commercial model by BPR for vehicles of BAs by mapping the current usage with threshold
• Decreased the number of routes required in Last mile operations and hence increased the productivity by 30%

• Improved the KPIs for the last mile delivery operations to reduce the operational expense by Rs. 5.71 Crores
